Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Ephesians 6:10-12

How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low to the nations! You said in your heart, l will ascend to the heavens, l will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; l will make myself like the Most High. But you are brought down to the realm of the dead, to the depths of the pit. Isaiah 14:12-15

Therefore this is what the sovereign Lord says: "Because you think you are wise, as wise as a god, I am going to bring foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations, they will draw their swords against your beauty and wisdom and pierce your shining splendor. They will bring you down to the pit, and you will die a violent death in the heart of the seas. Will you then say, " I am a god, " in the presence of those who will kill you?  You will be but a mortal, not a god, in the hands of those who will slay you. You will die the death of the uncircumcised at the hands of foreigners. I have spoken declares the Sovereign Lord." Ezekiel 28:6-10

As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us who lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. Ephesians 2:1-3

And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4

Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon , and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down - that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. Revelations 12:7-9
