And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile, you are still in your sins. Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 1 Corinthians 15:16-19

… He ( David ), foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, was not left in Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. Acts 2:30-31

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you. 1 Peter 1:3-5

… that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in his saints and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe according to the working of his mighty power which he worked in Christ when he raised from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places.
