The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. 1 Timothy 6:10

What good it will be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can you give in exchange for your soul? Matthew 16:26

It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God. Mark 10:25

No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despises the other. You cannot serve both God and money. Matthew 6:24
