Love is patient. Love is kind. It does not envy. It does not boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it does not keep a record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hope, and always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Cor. 13:4-8

Love the Lord your God with all your heart,  and with all your soul and with all your strength. Love your neighbour as yourself. Deut 6:5
