Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head  of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. So as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands love your wives, just as  Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.... Husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. Each one of you also must love his wife, loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband. Ephesians 5:21-33

Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh to them. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged. Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord.  Colossians 3:18-22

Let everyone be subject to governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. For the one in authority is God's servant for your good. They are God's servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Romans 13:1-7
